As you all know, it is an honor to have Don Frick as one of the contributors to this blog. If you have not yet read his biography of Robert Greenleaf, or checked out his amazing website dedicated to Servant Leadership, you should make the committment to do both today! Well, I have some big news: Don Frick is now a Viterbo University employee! Last week Viterbo hired Don to work on our proposal to offer a PhD in Ethical Leadership. In addition, Don will be teaching in the Master of Arts in Servant Leadership program! We are extremely fortunate to have Don as part of our staff. Welcome! I'm looking forward to some great conversations!
