Getting along with your boss
Tom over at HR for the Leader in You has an excellent article today about working with our bosses. It is rather lengthy, but an excellent read. Tom talks about how to identify if our boss is the source of our frustration and stress at work, and if so then what do we do about it. Here are his three suggestions:

2) Ask for a conversation with your boss on your terms; and
3) Have an exit plan ready in case you have to leave the organization.
